The mattress on the bed is impossible! Wood is softer. We couldn't sleep. They should change the mattresses!
The breakfast was very poor and the meals were scarce.

A nice place. The rooms are good size, but could use a little work in spots. Not much hot water pressure. They have their own secure parking garage across the street. Early flight so couldn't try the breakfast.

Pleasant and helpful staff.
The room was basic, but had air conditioning, a mini refrigerator and a good supply of hot water for the shower.
The hotel is situated walking distance from the tourist spots in Centro: the train station, Cultural Centre, Lopez Palace and Independence House. Though not a lot of dining options in the immediate vicinity, a bit of a walk will take you to areas with plenty of selection.
I would definitely stay here in future.
One note: If booking through *******, the check in remarks say that check in closes at midnight. Staff told me that the front desk operates 24 hours per day, so the notation in ******* is not correct.
